Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist
- Support the firm’s full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee and coordinate training programs for attorneys, tax consultants, and staff.
- Facilitate seamless new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Manage benefits enrollment and provide guidance to employees on available plans and resources.
- Accurately process and maintain employee tax and payroll information.
- Develop, edit, and distribute the firm's newsletter to enhance internal communication.
- Collaborate with HR, Firm Management, and Tax teams to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support.
Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Prior experience or knowledge in core HR functions such as benefits administration, recruiting, or employee relations is preferred.
